Hey I'm Molly,
I'm currently a design student based in Lyon, undergoing my fourth year at Strate École de Design, where I specialise in identity design.
While I’m still studying with a focus on branding and illustration, I’ve recently taken a step into the deep end and have decided to launch myself in the world of freelance, and this space is where I share my creative journey.
Having grown up in the french Alps, the outdoors and its vibrant colours have always been a big part of my life, and they naturally inspire the way I approach design. I have a real love for illustration, colour, and storytelling, and I enjoy bringing those elements into every project I work on.
In 2024, I had the opportunity to complete an internship at Buddy Creative, a branding and design studio specialised in food and drinks packaging, based in Exeter, UK.
Working alongside such a talented and passionate team was an incredible experience that helped me grow both creatively and professionally. I was able to dive into real branding projects, refine my design process, and see firsthand how thoughtful, strategic design can bring brands to life.
My time at Buddy Creative strengthened my love for identity design and gave me valuable insight into working in a dynamic, collaborative studio environment.
Let me tell you more about me,
I grew up in the heart of the French Alps, in Saint Jean d'Aulps, surrounded by mountains and nature, which have always been a big source of inspiration for me. Having been raised in France by British parents I am fully bilingual and have both nationalities.
I went to school at Lycée Roger Frison-Roche in Chamonix, where I completed a ski diploma, combining my academic path with my passion for sport
After earning my baccalauréat, I decided to pursue a creative journey and that's how I ended up in Lyon, where I entered Strate.
Strate École de Design is a multidisciplinary design school where I’ve had the chance to explore a wide range of fields, from typography, graphic design, and branding to mobility, industrial design, and even hands-on workshops like woodwork and model making.
This diverse approach has shaped my way of thinking as a designer, combining creativity, craftsmanship, and strategic vision.

During my studies, I had the opportunity to spend a semester abroad and I chose do go on an exchange at Kookmin University in Seoul, South Korea.
Immersing myself in Korean culture and design perspectives broadened my creative outlook. It was during this time that I truly developed a passion for illustration, exploring new styles and techniques that continue to inspire my work today.
Capturing small moments of daily life throughout my drawings is something I really enjoy, people walking, sitting in cafés, chatting, or simply passing by.
These everyday scenes inspire many of my projects and reflect my passion for observing and illustrating real life. If you’d like to see more of my sketches and illustration work, you can visit my illustration Instagram account.
